Fill your childminding spaces
Ofsted-registered childminders can add the days and ages they have space for, and we’ll introduce local families looking for exactly that. It’s free, and you agree your own fees and contract with each family.
Event work that pays well
Event nannies earn £25 an hour, plus £6 an hour for each extra child. Crèche carers earn £30 an hour. Travel and parking are paid to you at cost.
Paid when parents are late
Start the sit timer when you arrive and end it when the parents are home. If they’re late, the extra time is added in 15-minute blocks and paid to you in full with the rest of your pay. No chasing, and no awkward conversations at the door.
How it works
Set your own rate and keep all of it. Families pay Little Village's service fee on top, never out of your pay. You're paid straight to your bank after each booking, with no chasing, and if a family cancels late, you still get paid under our cancellation policy. Bookings come to you, and you only take the ones that suit you.
What we ask for
